Hi Elderflower. I may be wrong but I think that if you go back into the duplicate and change the date to more than seven days ago, it will disappear.
I agree with you though that a delete option would be useful 🙂

There's no delte as people may have diarised the meet and be intending to come. Changing the date does he trick, but can you also add/edit the text so anybody whoexpressed an interest will be notified.
