on yesterday's tougher than expected walk around Lathkill Dale and the Limestone way. The weather was wintry and we were dressed for summer, many paths were overgrown so difficult to follow and the hills seemed steeper than when I last walked them. Quite stiff today, need more practice. Hope my intrepid colleagues of HPM, Ruby and Anfie are feeling OK.

Thanks Doug for putting on the walk, it was good to get the old legs moving, and fighting the elements as well as a herd of aggressive bullocks!!!! 🙂
