PhPhiltheetilerThe Japanese offer is false, Japanese residents are being offered discounts of up to $185 dollars per night but foreigners get nothing. The Sicily offer is genuine though and there are other sweeteners being offered by Bulgaria where beaches will no longer charge for sun beds and brollies and Cancun is offering two for the price of 1 in many hotels.
