ResultsHV40’s Kettlewell day out

It was another perfect day. Easy flat walking beside a clear and still river ( just right for jumping in really) but we didn’t. We followed the Dales Way ( not mine ) then we started to climb gradually but strenuously up and up( this is where we were met by a local farm dog who followed us all the way back to Kettlewell, playing with whom ever caught her eye. Safely delivered to the owners by GFG, following her phone intervention) The sun shone throughout, sun tan cream was applied by some, cold up on the tops at times though. The spectacular views were constant and varied. All topped off nicely by a riverside picnic in Kettlewell and I definitely enjoyed the company. Thanks again to HV40 😃

DaDaleHi, I enjoyed it, it was great to meet up with people I'd met before and also to meet some new people.
And the weather really did help 😀
