DON'T open file attachments purporting to be from us!
by Former Site AdminHi All,
A user reported they had received an email purporting to be from us with an attached excel file. DO NOT OPEN IT!
We do not send emails with attachments. Always be wary of any Excel, Word and zip files unless you are absolutely sure you know where they are from and why you're receiving them. Spammers use addresses attached to known companies to build trust.
If you get an email of this type delete it immediately without opening the attachment and "empty" your deleted items folder. (Usually a right click or burger menu option).

Please also note that the email address this email comes from is info@outdoordu0.co.uk - note the Zero acting as a letter 😮🤔👎
on 07/11/21 @ 19:00Update: If any of you get one of these email please save as an eml file. How you do this depends on your email program. Then email info@outdoorduo.co.uk with it as an attachment.
Once sent remember to delete said file and the email as detailed above. Thank you.
