Staffordshire Woodlands invite
by Flat cap (Mike)I would like to thank the five hardy members who followed my invite and learned how a walk can be considerably extended in length and height when you add enough loops and get lost in the woods. We also learned a lot about how bad mud can be, from a bit to quite a bit to abysmal and even landslides. Well, we survived all of it and even made it back to the cafe just in time for the last orders.

A true adventure Mike. The sort that made you feel really happy you got back alive.😂 Nothing deters ODers. We laugh at signs that say danger do not enter. If you thought that was frightening you should have driven back with me.
LWLazlo WoodbineThanks Mike for a brilliant day...It was more like an SAS induction course than an OD walk....Great fun!! Cheers mate....😀👍
HiHighpeakmanThanks Mike for another full and interesting day in the north staffs woodland. A bit more challenging than last week but I'll be kneeling at the end of the bed tonight giving thanks that it didn't rain!
R1R1chardThanks Mike, for a great day. Lovely to catch up with O D ers that I haven’t seen since before Covid, despite the mud and slippery slopes!
SHSusie HillRichard, You always kneel at the end of your bed, to hide your wallet under that loose floorboard....
