Hi feetfirst22 I dont know what program OD is but for emails I use Windows Live Mail.
To change settings : Account - Email - Properties - Server, Then make sure your incoming and out going servers are the same.

I haven't got a kitchen at the moment, old one ripped out and new one about to be fitted! help! The mail system on the site is separate to your "normal" e-mail - for privacy reasons. You should receive an e-mail at the end of each day if you have any unread e-mails. Obviously you need to log into the system to read and reply to them.
