I'm getting a little confused as to the numbers for this trip as some people have booked into the YHA individually and some have had to cancel. Can those people who are not now attending remove their names from the invitation and those who have booked their own rooms please add their names? Can we also get some clarity on those kayaking on saturday afternoon and what each person will bring for the picnic. Once I know exact numbers I may ask you to bring larger quantities to accommodate the extra people.
