Hello everyone. Yesterday we did a home stay in a lovely village. We had to dress in our traditional costumes, go and collect fire wood with our llamas and then make Alpaca stew. It was a great experience and laugh.

Last night we had a procession with a 20 piece band playing outside mine and Wiggy's window. Not good when your trying to get sleep. <img src='theme/emoticon_unhappy.png' />
We are about to set off for another home stay on lake Titicaca so we will probably be fishing for our supper. <img src='theme/emoticon_grin.png' />

Hi MG Just got back from the floating islands. Lovely but way too commercialised for tourists. Didn't dampen the appeal too much for me though and the weather is baking!

We are FL - you should see the things we are being dressed in!!!! Trout seems to be the popular fish here and we've eaten our fair share. Luckinly Jo didn't have to fish but we all had to play poor volleyball til the sun set after tilling the fields on our last home stay. The sunset was a belter. I hope we have a picture somewhere to match one of Topspots sunsets.

Hello everyone. Well we all did it!!! 4 days walking the Inca Trail, cold tents, smelly loo's and some wet weather. Yesterday morning we reached the Sun Gate with not a cloud in the sky. Perfect views of Machu Picchu. The words are indescribable and a very emotional time for us. <img src='theme/emoticon_smile.png' /><img src='theme/emoticon_smile.png' />
