For admin. Message size restriction

Hi there.
I am trying to put together consolidated information for people attending an event.

It is a bit of a struggle doing it in fragments of 700 characters.

Is there an alternative way of doing this?

Also is there a way of sending a message to all those that are signed up to an event without doing it individually?
