Big thank you to Trekkie for looking after us on our day out today and for arranging such fabulous weather. I think we are all inspired with enthusiasm to get on our bikes more and more, it was a really good day 🙂🙂🙂

How is you bottom sarah because Deka was in real pain after Sherwood bike ride? 🙂
