FYI infor for gluten free people
1) Is the salmon terrine and/or the soup gluten free?
We have not yet seen the recipes and so cannot comment on the ingredients, however we can make soup Gluten free, it may be different to the one specified but as we make all our soups fresh it should not be a problem to make a gluten free version of that flavour.
2) Will the gravy for the turkey main course be gluten free turkey?
Yes we can make Gluten free gravy for the turkey.
3) Can the cheese platter be substituted for the third course?
Is this as an alternative to the desserts for gluten free diet? If so then yes we can create a cheese board. It may not be exactly as advertised with
