In 1999 I was on Anapurna on Remembrance day with a lady who survived the war because her family hid her under the stairs as a baby. Her little brother and father died but she survived. We stood on the mountain as she remembered them. Very humbling

Hi Tinkerbell, I have booked a room - have messaged you to explain. It is for me and someone who is not on the site but am not sure if she will be coming or not.

I did notice that you can book a room for two for £25 per night. less discount if you are a member so it comes to £9.50 per person per night just for the room. £38 for two people for two nights,,, might sell the house and live there.... a steal

Christine9421 A polan is a small white furry creature native of the Arctic and was introduced to the Lake District several years ago as was, the grey squirrel.
