Add your Avatar!

As you may have noticed the site now has an Avatar option and is heading more into a chat format for messaging. Add your avatar by clicking the golden head top right, then "edit my profile" then "profile Pictures".

There's also a new simpler image upload and edit facility - you can zoom images, rotate and resize before upload.
Hopefully the legion of mobile users will find this all a bit simpler.
