My spare room have come available again as my latest lodger and traveled on to Columbia.
Would suit outdoor type who is sociable and wants to trial living in Yorkshire before committing to a move, or someone between homes. all bills included - TV/ Wifi etc.

Would be great . Only £350 a month all inclusive . Rent out your house and make the move north !!
