It would be appreciated if someone could take over the admin for this invite. It was initially transferred to me to keep JohnH's invite going but as I won't be able to organise anything due to the responsibilities I already have, it would be better for someone else to take it on and do it justice.
I will be going to Arran though and will look forward to seeing everyone there. Also, as I've been to Arran for the last 5 years, if the new administrator needs any help or advice, I'd be happy to assist with that.

Over the past 5 years, John had developed an approach that was a major factor in the success of the trip and we will adopt it again for next year. To make it do-able we will share the role. The role includes co-ordinating activities, ensuring effective communication, ensuring key activities go ahead (Goat Fell? Fish Supper? and others) and supporting group members on whatever they need. I will be happy to answer any questions you have about the approach or anything else on private chat or WhatsApp. Sheila Bullas

on 02/10/25 @ 5:11As the activities for Arran 2026 will be organised through the WhatsApp group that SheilaB has set up, if you are a definite and you're not in the group, please message Sheila with your number so that she can add you. It's best to do this as soon as possible because the WhatsApp group is now active and you will be missing things.
