JohnH and his 3 invites

I'm so sorry to have to inform people of JohnH's death. He was a good friend and companion to many people so he'll be sadly missed. He also did so much to promote activities and meet ups both on and off this site.
John left 3 invites on Outdoor Duo (Peak District, Trossachs and Arran) and there's no doubt that he'd want these to go ahead. They'll be transferred to other members for admin purposes but hopefully as many people as possible will attend them and they'll be a tribute to John.

That's really stunned and saddened me, he was on a walk of mine a few weeks back, he was still keen to get out out walking, and made the most of live. He will greatly missed on Outdoor Duo.

In the post covid period John was very supportive and we corresponded many times. He will be missed by us all.

I am shocked and saddened to hear this Tragic News,I have never met John,but hoping to meet at Hartington weekend.

I am also very shocked - I was camping with him recently at the Hawes campsite. He was a lovely man and was very entertaining. Totally unexpected!!
