Was rather agonizing. Doesn't matter how much training you do it's never enough. Like to thank Phil and Rourky for their great kindness and patience. Mark of a great friendship and I will always will be grateful. And for Tracy waiting for me at the bottom with her car. Was not mine greatest moment I must admit. But without the help of the friend that I have mentioned. It made it far easier to finish. Coming down from Pen y Fan. It was a fantastic weekend and I will be doing more take care everyone🤣🤣🤣

Was an amazing weekend, thanks Tracy for the invite, so much fun, great spending time with everyone, yes a little surreal down on the beach, who knew we would upstage the film stars 😀 😀.

Not sure where to begin with this one! Huge thanks to Tracy for organising such an amazing weekend. We sometimes forget you are still working behind the scenes to ensure everyone has the best adventure possible ... and we certainly did just that, ten fold x

Well I’m home now, but what a weekend!!!! I’ve loved every moment . I feel so privileged to be able to share such amazing times with such amazing people. All unique, all with their own stories but all with a shared passion for playing out in the outdoors. This time was particularly “ wild “, playful and significant. Tracy, you are a phenomenal woman and I thank you dearly for inspiring and organising this happy in your skin event. It was sooooo wonderful to meet up with you again Rourky, thanks to all the guys for your company and for keeping well away from the beach even though the rest of the world didn’t!!!!!! And again a lovely walk on Sunday and great to spend time with Wayne again💕💕�

Yet another lovely OD weekend. Thanks to Rourky for leading the walk on Saturday and wetting my appetite for more walks in the Brecon Beacons-hope to take you up on the pint and walk soon.Anyone who knows their terminal moraine from their lateral moraine has my attention 👍 -hope Wales reach the final (to be beaten by England of course ) 😀 Thanks to Tracy for organising the weekend and the pizza-my posh pizza was great despite the merciless abuse from Maz 😀 Perfect Sunday walk - great to hear that Manchester accent Dawn-home from home. Feels like I’ve known some of you for years despite only meeting once or twice.Great company and looking forward to the calendar ladies 😆

Such a great weekend. Walking in sunshine up Pen y Fan on Friday afternoon with Jo, coastal walk as a warm up for our Happy in my Skin event in the sea. We certainly caused a stir this year, we might be extras in the film girls.😉 Yet again I proved I can burn anything BUT a pizza in flames?????? All that special Welsh Water we were drinking!😀 Lovely walk up Fan Frynych on Sunday.

Can I add my thanks to Tracy for putting on a lovely Sunday walk to Fan Frynych, and to the fantastic people that made the day, with their friendliness, smiles and laughter. Some I feel privileged to be meeting for the first time. it was so good to meet up again with Phil and the ever impressive Dale.
