NEW "Invitations" section

I have added an "Invitations" section for those wanting to invite others on walks and other outdoor activities.

As an organiser you can:
- edit your item later as details are firmed up.
- see who has said they are coming.
- comment as with the forum.
- plot the location on the map

As an interested party you can
- filter by date, by recent comments, or by "near me" (about 1 hrs drive)
- register your interest
- comment
- view the invitation locations on the map
