I'm torn between the two. A beautiful sunset can either make a great day truly wonderful or bring hope that tomorrow will be. I hurt mine really bad one year on holiday playing on the beach drunk as you do lol i kicked a rock it swelled up like a balloon when the swelling eventully went down the bottom of my foot was completely black it was weak for more years than i can remember and now i have restricted movement in it so please be careful in future <img src='theme/emoticon_smile.png' />

I had the tiniest of tumbles and it didn't even hurt straight away and the rest of the walk was down hill! Wasn't til I was on the flat that it became slightly uncomfortable. It did swell but didn't hurt that evening even though I wore heels and it's just been a little weak on and off since but coupled with my knee on the same leg... I do have supports for both and my boots have ankle support so shouldn't be too much of a problem <img src='theme/emoticon_smile.png' />

Hello dear just got back. Short visit due to family commitments. Did one of your favourite walks today - Mawddach estuary. Beautiful day for it. MG was a warm and inviting host and good fun was had by all. Not many photos but will see what I can do! 🙂

Well you can always make it a longer one next time i had to work friday and had arranged to spend Easter sunday at my sisters with family so would have been pointless going for saturday although it would have been lovely to do the walk with you and everybody yes try and put some up🙂hope you've managed to catch up with losing that hour🙂have a lovely day off today🙂

Hello Dear beginning to heal. Been wearing flip flops for the past 3 days and my toes have been very cold!!!:~☹

Be careful Love they can drop off you know cut the toes out some old socks to keep them warm🙂you have a weekend in this one and put them up in front of the fire with a nice bottle 🙂no housework and nooooo shopping 🙂

Tried some shoes today but heel is still a bit tender. Housework is OK in bare feet. Had to do some shopping - have three birthdays next week! :~😮🙂

Aaaarh thanks Alan 🙂. Because I bought them 1/2 size bigger there's too much movement on my heel so it rubs up and down on the edge of it. They are new boots that's why I'm loathed to give them up straight away. I have now purchased some duct tape so maybe I'll do a little walk next week and see how they go before I invest in another pair

I don't do cooking FL! 😈 I think it's the fourth time I've had people round for dinner in the 5 years I've been here!! Yes it was not only edible but quite tasty (even if I say so myself!) and I was organised and in control.
