Anyone planning to arrive before 6pm please call Berrow House an hour before to ensure someone can let them in.
People in bunks need to bring their own sleeping bags/duvets or they can hire one.
There is no official walking arrangements for Friday day or socialising for Friday evening. Nearest pubs appear to be in Ledbury (approx 5 miles away)
Everyone needs to bring food for a bbq.
Coach will pick up from Berrow House 10 am sharp
