Resultsbiking/ cycling

Just taking the temperature..
Is anybody interested in doing some cycling, some day rides but also some over a few days?
I am thinking along the lines of starting with maybe 25 miles or thereabouts and building up from there.
Based in West Yorkshire ...
Some of you already know me from walks and hopefully will vouch for me!!!! That way new comers will not be discouraged.
It would be good to get some regular activities on pursuits other than walking.

Hi Trekkie. I can't make it up there for day rides but might be able to do a weekend or something - on or off road, (but my off road skills and bike might fall apart if it gets too technical <img src='theme/emoticon_grin.png' />)

Hi Jo, do you work shifts? If so how much in advance do you know your schedule for being available at weekends? I generally work Mon-Friday.

Just trying to get some idea of interest first. BUT it will NOT be Mountain Biking with a group, more likely to be trails and quieter roads.
An Hybrid would be well suited.
Sadly Peak District is too far for a day ride Trekkie but I would try and make a 'weekend' of it if I could make it to anything you arrange. I work mist Sundays though so I tend to do Friday/Saturday when I can get away.
