Just to say a very big thankyou to Tina(TC) for organising the 2 teams that took part in the Oggie 8 challenge and a challenge it was.
The first half went well but it was the second
half of the challenge which was the hardest part and everyone on the last peak was well and truly warn out by then so a very big well done to everyone who took part and getting over the finish line 😀😀😀

mimilvusDon't know what you are thanking me for, all I did was discover the event and co-ordinate the entries. Am not fit to organise a , well you know... but could anyone rein in LizzieD and Going4Gold? I did try! Anyway, you should all be giving yourselves a big pat on the back - what a day! Liz - look after that knee and you are right, it is a beautiful area, will be going back to savour the views. Lesley the weather was great, we were so lucky, only a few spots of rain late in the day! Kate, I never doubted you would get there! dadavemThank you so much Tina for allowing me to do and complete this challenge, and sorry for lagging behind and finishing in 13hrs 34mins. Forgive me but I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'll be doing it again next year, plus I am taking on 15 in 24 hours next time! I've already been invited to do this by one of the marshalls! Also, big thank you to Rick and Eddie for supporting me to the very last and just to let you know that my thighs are aching like mad...........MadNad! xxxxxxxxxx
