Hi All. The walk on Saturday will begin at 9.30 at the car park on Rydal road just outside Amleside after the mini roundabout.We are going to do Red Screes which is a lovely circular walk with a well earned pint at the Golden Rule pub at the end.Its about 9 miles. Please come equipped for a full days walking in the mountains incl waterproofs,fleece,1.5 litres of water min and a packed lunch. This walk will be at a pace that will suit those coming on the walk it is not intended to be at breakneck speed so that everyone can enjoy a good day out. Molly will be there to round up stragglers.Any questions do get in touch and will try to answer them.I think the car park is £6 for 8 hours.AH
