spare room for rent

have a spair room for rent in my spacious house with sunny garden . Would suit OD member who is between homes or wants to sample Yorkshire without commiting to a full time move. Have boats , bikes and maps for loan.Also have dogs and smelly running shoes - lively family home - would be good for someone who is socialable and wants to join in.
