We did test drive a walk that we think is good for the Saturday but there is a similar sized walk that is steeper/harder if some people want to do it. For the Sunday there are two options a short walk of Symonds Yat (4 miles) or a sculptor hunt in The Forest of Dean – again about 4 miles in total.

I need the balance of payment for this event before 14th September 2013. I need all payments to be prompt. Any that are not forthcoming will get one reminder only then they will forfeit their position and deposit. Sorry if it sounds harsh but I have to draw the line somewhere otherwise there will be chaos. Two nights bed & the party meal will cost £51.29 in total. One needs to be aware that this does not include breakfast, alcohol or any other meals. As the YHA is licensed they will expect you to buy from their selection of alcoholic beverages.

Can vegetarians and people needing gluten free food/special requirements please email me privately as soon as possible so I can be prepared with numbers. Also as the self catering kitchen is quite small can people please let me know if they would like breakfast and/or packed lunches which the YHA can supply for a fee.
