We were discussing this at the weekend and wondered what is happening about this? The invite has gone from the site (apparently because the organiser is no longer signed up). There were quite a few people signed up and deposits have been paid. Can Site Admin or any members shed any light on this and provide details of how to contact the organiser for those of us who have paid a deposit.

I wondered if we could contact the centre to see if the places have been booked, unfortunately I can't remember the name, maybe someone from mid wales may know it?

PDPear Drop (Sarah)Just heard from Sam again and she has asked me to let everyone know her intentions...
Sam is very sorry but unfortunately she is no longer able to organise the Wet and Wild Weekend due to a change in her circumstances. She has not yet cancelled the weekend but feels it is the best thing to do and she will obviously return any paid deposits back into the bank accounts the details of which she still has.
She is herself well but upset at having to cancel a weekend that she and no doubt those members that were attending were looking forward to 🙂
Tinkabell: Thanks for the update Tink. That's a real shame but I completely understand. Glad to hear that Sam is all ok and I hope to see her back on OD soon.
SaSandySeems a shame for you all to miss out. Wouldn't one of you like to take it over? I presume that place does weekends all the time and the activities are pre-arranged so just a bit of organising to collate the rest of the money and keep everyone informed would be necessary?
Hopefully the Wet and Wild Weekend will still be happening and should be sorted soon

pApreggy47(Andy)peppasmum: That's great news Tracy, thank you. I was only signed up for the weekend as I couldnt get leave from work so will be staying Friday and Saturday night but can stay Sunday night too if anything is happening on the Monday.🙂
