Just a suggestion Kate, as this is such a large group and there are three nights to organise why not post the names and numbers of the pubs upload any menu's and let people book their own under the OD umbrella. After trying to organise "1" breakfast for "17" people on the Real Ale trail I feel your pain 😉

I will make definite decision after physio appointment tomorrow I promise 🙂
