Thanks Steeeve for the walk. Sorry I couldn't manage the full circuit but a case of mind being stronger than body today. Glad I waited in the pub for the rest of you to arrive even though I was mostly drinking tea!

Thanks Steeev,a good walk and as always good company. I also had the bonus of a mystery site seeing tour of Derbyshire in the dark when I left you all , the Sat nav went on a tea break and I visited Bakewell , Buxton and many villages not normally seen. eventually got home 3 hours later.will bring a map next time.See you on the next one if I can find it.

Ah walk sounds great-i thought it would be. Sorry to miss it but leg still not good-bin practising going up and down my own local jacob's ladder, using ice, stretches, walking up and stairs 🙂thinking physio or dr next so i can enjoy more walks with you lovely lot 🙂Hoping to be fit enough for Grindleford walk.

it was really worth the effort to chance the weather.
Aprox Stats for the walk 13.8 miles, 1870 feet of ascent and 2000 calories of effort.

thanks guys , really enjoyed the day myself as well , was looking forward to applying the ` duck number ` with my adjudicator ( Deka , he understands the marking ) but unbelievable !!! it didn't flippin rain at all .
was a great mix of people and a good turn out ! 23 turning up was brill . Vonnie , I actually have been on a few stages in my time ..so there .
